Nasim Naghavi serves as CEO, overseeing the company's overall vision, strategic direction, design development, and major projects. She holds a Ph.D. with specializations in Urban Studies and Cinema, as well as both an M.S. and an M.A. in Architecture. Her multidisciplinary academic background combines architectural expertise, urban theory, cultural analysis, and cinematic perspectives, bringing a distinctive intellectual and creative approach to design and spatial development. Her work focuses on shaping thoughtful, functional, and culturally inspired environments while guiding the company's broader growth, strategic collaborations, and design philosophy. By integrating architecture, urban studies, and visual culture, she brings a holistic perspective to the relationship between people, spaces, and the built environment.

Amir Ganjavie oversees executive operations, strategic development, partnerships, and coordination across the company's diverse areas of activity. He holds two Ph.D. degrees, one in Philosophy and another in Communication and Culture, as well as both an M.S. and an M.A. in Architecture. His multidisciplinary academic background provides him with a unique combination of philosophical insight, critical thinking, architectural expertise, and strategic vision. With extensive experience in cinema, media, and communication, he also leads and contributes to the company's visual communication, advertising, branding, and media-related initiatives. His interdisciplinary approach bridges architecture, philosophy, culture, and business development, bringing both creative vision and analytical depth to the company's operations and long-term growth.
